Rio: My thoughts have a unique rhythm, inherent to my mind. I have grown used to this beat and rarely appreciate the beauty it gives to my everyday life. But it is to this pulsing of words that I make my way in this world. Dancing casually through the days. I wonder if anyone has noticed the slow pattern to my steps. And will someone dance with me in natural, unhurried movements that flow one from the other... A tango in disguise, a waltz incognito. And as I walk, my thoughts are filled with blurs of quick passionate dances, leaving my subconscious breathless and with the quickened heartbeat of salsa. I wander through this life, seemingly untouched by the rhythmic fantasies engulfing my mind. Every step, everyday, with a swirl of flamenco. My life is, in so many words and in so many songs, A tango in disguise.
